To make a perfect cup of tea:

Paula says...Shake tins each time before using!


White, Green and Oolong Teas:

Bring 1 cup water to boil.  Pour over 1 tsp. tea and steep for 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve.


Herbal Teas (caffeine-free):

Bring 1 cup water and 1 tsp. tea to boil.  Steep 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve.


Chai:

Bring 1 rounded tsp. tea, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup milk and 3 tsp. sugar (or to taste) to a boil.  Continue to boil until caramel in color.  Strain and serve.


Turmeric/Wellness Teas:

Bring 1 cup water and 1 tsp. tea to a boil.  Simmer 2-3 minutes. Add sugar if desired.  Strain and serve warm.


Black Teas:

Bring 1 cup water and 1 tsp. tea to a rolling boil.  Strain and serve.
